一、設備概述
生活污水處理設備是用(yong)來(lai)處理生(sheng)活中的污(wu)水的設備(bei)。小型生(sheng)活污(wu)水凈(jing)化(hua)沼氣池應(ying)用(yong)常溫厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)發(fa)酵(jiao)技術,按照“多級自流,逐級降解"的原理,建立Ⅰ級厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)發(fa)酵(jiao)——Ⅱ級兼性消(xiao)化(hua)過(guo)濾(lv)的新裝置。它由(you)厭(yan)(yan)氧(yang)發(fa)酵(jiao)、兼性消(xiao)化(hua)過(guo)濾(lv)、污(wu)水回流和填料等工(gong)藝組(zu)成。
二、工藝(yi)流程
生活污水處理設備去除(chu)(chu)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)污染物(wu)(wu)(wu)及(ji)氨(an)氮(dan)主(zhu)要(yao)依賴于設(she)備(bei)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)AO生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)處理(li)工(gong)藝。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)工(gong)作(zuo)原理(li)是在A級,由于污水有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)濃度很高(gao),微生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)處于缺氧(yang)(yang)狀態,此時(shi)微生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)為(wei)兼性微生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu),所以(yi)A級池不僅(jin)具有(you)(you)(you)(you)一(yi)定的(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)去除(chu)(chu)功能,減輕后(hou)續好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)池的(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)負荷(he),有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)濃度降低,但仍有(you)(you)(you)(you)一(yi)定量的(de)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)及(ji)較高(gao)NH3-N存在。為(wei)了使(shi)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)得到進一(yi)步氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)分解(jie)(jie),同時(shi)在碳化(hua)(hua)(hua)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)硝(xiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)作(zuo)用(yong)能順利進行,在O級設(she)置(zhi)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)負荷(he)較低的(de)好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)接觸氧(yang)(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)池。在O級池中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)主(zhu)要(yao)存在好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)微生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)及(ji)自氧(yang)(yang)型細菌(jun)(硝(xiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)菌(jun))。其(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)微生(sheng)物(wu)(wu)(wu)將(jiang)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)分解(jie)(jie)成CO2和H2O;自養型細菌(jun)(硝(xiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)菌(jun))利用(yong)有(you)(you)(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)(wu)分解(jie)(jie)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)無機(ji)(ji)碳或(huo)空(kong)氣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)CO2作(zuo)為(wei)營養源(yuan),將(jiang)污水中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)NH3-N轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)成NO-2-N、NO-3-N,O級池的(de)出水部分回流(liu)到A級池,為(wei)A級池提(ti)供電子(zi)接受體,通過反硝(xiao)化(hua)(hua)(hua)作(zuo)用(yong)最終消除(chu)(chu)氮(dan)污染。
